In this fictional cinematic universe, the year is 2047. Artists have been deemed criminals since the fall of the government back in 2027. A 50-year-old retired Elvis, struggling with PTSD, currently is in hiding after the death of his fellow comrades by the hands of the CBCI (Central Bureau of Culture Incorporated) force.

A familiar voice greets Elvis to return back for vengeance against the CBCI forces. After dawning the mask, Elvis lends control over to TRP, switching from being the prey to the predator for the arriving guests using a customized tool such as the “Flasher” to stop its victim's heartbeat.
